Cloud Support Escalation Engineer (95201)

Job Summary As a Cloud Support Engineer on our Virtual Desktop Managed Service (VDMS) team, you will provide technical support and implementation services to customers and partners. Virtual Desktop Service deploys and manages virtual desktops into Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and Amazon Web Services using either Windows Virtual Desktop (WVD) or Remote Desktop Services (RDS). In this role you will assist in management, migrations, and deployments VDMS, typically using shared remote access to the customer's environment. Virtual Desktops integrate with both public cloud services and traditional Windows and Active Directory components - both of which impact the choices made during deployment and subsequent management of the environment.
