About the Role
We are seeking experienced Senior Cloud Security Consultants to join a Sovereign Cloud Certification & Assurance Program. The role involves cloud security, governance, risk, and compliance, with hands-on implementation and certification support for frameworks like SOC, ISO, and CSA STAR.

Responsibilities
- Conduct current state assessment against security standards
- Identify gaps, risks, and compliance deficiencies
- Develop prioritized remediation roadmap
- Perform information security and cloud security risk assessments
- Map controls across ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 22301, SOC 2, SOC 3, and CSA STAR requirements
- Review existing governance documents and develop/update security policies and procedures
- Provide guidance for implementing administrative, technical, and operational controls
- Assist control owners in defining evidence requirements
- Support security governance and operational process enhancement
- Conduct awareness sessions and deliver role based training
- Support audit preparation and evidence collection
- Assist during Stage 1 and Stage 2 certification and external regulatory audits
Requirements
- 6 to 8 years of experience in cloud security, governance, risk, and compliance
- Hands on experience in implementing and supporting certification efforts for SOC 1/2/3, ISO/IEC 27017, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 22301, CSA STAR Level 2
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
