The Cloud Platform Engineer designs, implements, and maintains reliable and scalable cloud platforms and automation solutions.

Key responsibilities
- Use Infrastructure as Code, pipeline orchestration, and source control to manage infrastructure and software releases.
- Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure and pipeline issues and act as an escalation point.
- Develop automation for remediation, delivery acceleration, and cloud security.
- Build tools and services that improve platform reliability and developer experience.
- Collaborate with software engineering, systems engineering, operations, and security teams.
- Support monitoring, alerting, incident response, innovation, and cloud-native methodologies.
Mode of working
- The role follows a hybrid work model with a primary base in Bengaluru.
- On-site presence in Bengaluru is required for key engagements, with remote flexibility based on business needs and team alignment.
Education and experience
- A B.Tech or B.E. in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
- The role requires 2 or more years deploying and managing cloud services.
- The role requires 2 or more years of networking experience supporting on-premises or cloud-based infrastructure.
- The role requires 2 or more years of DevOps experience with IaC, CI/CD, automated testing, autoscaling, and self-healing systems.
- The role requires 2 or more years of Agile or SAFe Agile experience using Jira or similar tools.
- The role requires 5 or more years as a Systems, Software, or Cloud Automation Engineer or equivalent.
Preferred experience
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure Networking, and Azure Policy is preferred.
- Desirable certifications include Azure fundamentals, Azure infrastructure, Azure DevOps, Azure networking, SAFe Practitioner, and Certified Kubernetes Administrator credentials.
