Fuel’s Cloud Operations Team is a full service team that manages all our client web services infrastructure including initial setup, automated deployment, release management, client support and 24x7 monitoring.

As one of several Cloud Operations Specialists, you are an ever vigilant watchdog that keeps a keen eye on Fuel’s client deployments.

• Support and maintain our cloud infrastructure on a 24x7x365 basis
• Prioritize operational deliverables with production teams
• Interface with development teams to communicate issues and recommend improvements in their respective applications
• Continuous monitoring of systems to ensure stability and reliability
• Incremental automation to streamline standard operating procedures
• Foster our policies and procedures in the areas of incident response and monitoring
• Coordinate technical resolution of major incidents
• Manage task assignments to ensure commitments are delivered on time
