Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure across AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud
- Lead cloud operations, monitoring, and performance optimization
- Ensure high availability, security, backup, and disaster recovery for cloud environments
- Oversee cloud deployments, migrations, and infrastructure upgrades
- Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and Engineering teams to deliver cloud solutions
- Develop and implement cloud governance, policies, and best practices
- Manage cloud budgets, resource utilization, and vendor relationships
- Lead and mentor the cloud operations team while driving continuous improvement
Requirements
- Proven experience in cloud operations, infrastructure management, or a similar leadership role
- Strong leadership and problem solving skills
- Extensive knowledge of cloud platforms, virtualization, and infrastructure management
- Experience with cloud security, networking, automation, and monitoring tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
- Professional certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Administrator, Google Professional Cloud Architect, or Kubernetes certifications are highly desirable

About the Role
- We’re looking for an experienced and results driven Cloud Operations Manager to lead our cloud infrastructure and operations team.
- In this role, you’ll oversee cloud environments, ensure system availability and security, optimize cloud performance, and lead cloud transformation initiatives. You’ll play a key role in delivering reliable, scalable, and cost effective cloud solutions that support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure across AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud
- Lead cloud operations, monitoring, and performance optimization
- Ensure high availability, security, backup, and disaster recovery for cloud environments
- Oversee cloud deployments, migrations, and infrastructure upgrades
- Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and Engineering teams to deliver cloud solutions

What We’re Looking For
- Strong leadership and problem solving skills
- Extensive knowledge of cloud platforms, virtualization, and infrastructure management
- Experience with cloud security, networking, automation, and monitoring tools
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation is a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in cloud operations, infrastructure management, or a similar leadership role
- Professional certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Administrator, Google Professional Cloud Architect, or Kubernetes certifications are highly desirable
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and container technologies is an advantage
