Cloud Manager, Bangalore

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

7-10 years of progressive experience in infrastructure, cloud operations, DevOps, systems engineering, or related technical roles.

Experience leading, managing, or mentoring technical teams in a cloud, infrastructure, DevOps, or operations environment.

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and public cloud fundamentals.

Experience designing, implementing, or supporting Kubernetes-based platforms, preferably Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).

Strong understanding of infrastructure-as-code concepts and hands-on experience with Terraform.

Strong infrastructure knowledge across networking, DNS, Active Directory, identity, compute, storage, security, monitoring, and related IT services.

Experience supporting web application deployment architectures in cloud or hybrid environments.

Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and report metrics and KPIs to leadership and stakeholder groups.

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical status to non-technical audiences.

Ability to manage escalations, communicate risks, and drive resolution across teams.

Strong understanding of DevOps principles, automation, CI/CD, operational readiness, and cloud platform lifecycle management.
