Role Overview
Supports cloud and hybrid infrastructure that powers engineering analytics, remote monitoring, diagnostics, and data-driven decision making.
Focuses on cloud platforms, networking, compute, storage, virtualization, identity, security, and hybrid connectivity.
Works across Engineering, IT/OT, Cybersecurity, Data and Analytics, and Operations to enable secure and scalable digital solutions.
What You Will Do
- Support infrastructure platform design and evolution for engineering analytics, ML/AI, and GenAI workloads.
- Review architectures and recommend changes to improve performance, reliability, cybersecurity, and cost.
- Translate technical requirements into practical designs and implementation plans aligned with enterprise standards.
- Support architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and operational transition for cloud and hybrid environments.
- Integrate OT systems, engineering tools, enterprise platforms, cloud services, and security controls for secure data movement.
- Track infrastructure SLAs, KPIs, and performance metrics, and drive improvement through automation and monitoring.
- Troubleshoot platform issues, document technical work, and communicate project status to leadership and customers.
