Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the enterprise cloud infrastructure strategy
- Oversee the design and management of public, private, and hybrid cloud environments
- Lead cloud engineering, infrastructure, and operations teams
- Ensure high availability, high performance, and scalability of systems
- Manage cloud migration from legacy systems to cloud
- Apply cybersecurity best practices in cloud environments
- Monitor cloud costs and optimize resource usage
- Develop governance standards and policies for cloud infrastructure
- Oversee DevOps, CI/CD, and operational automation
- Manage relationships with cloud service providers like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
- Lead disaster recovery and business continuity plans in cloud environments
- Coordinate with cybersecurity, applications, and database teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
- 12 15 years of experience in technical infrastructure or cloud computing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong experience with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and hybrid environments
- Advanced knowledge of DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code
- Strong understanding of cloud security, identity management, and compliance
- Experience in managing large projects and digital transformation
- Preferred certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional or Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- High leadership and strategic skills with ability to manage multidisciplinary teams

- تطبيق أفضل ممارسات الأمن السيبراني في البيئات السحابية.
- مراقبة التكاليف السحابية وتحسين استخدام الموارد (Cloud Cost Optimization).
- تطوير معايير الحوكمة والسياسات الخاصة بالبنية السحابية.
- الإشراف على DevOps وCI/CD وأتمتة العمليات التشغيلية.
- إدارة العلاقات مع مزودي الخدمات السحابية مثل Amazon Web Services وMicrosoft Azure وGoogle Cloud.
- قيادة خطط التعافي من الكوارث واستمرارية الأعمال في البيئات السحابية.
- التنسيق مع فرق الأمن السيبراني والتطبيقات وقواعد البيانات.
المؤهلات المطلوبة
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب أو تقنية المعلومات أو هندسة الحاسب أو ما يعادلها.
- يفضل الحصول على درجة الماجستير في إدارة الأعمال أو تقنية المعلومات.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 12–15 سنة في البنية التحتية التقنية أو الحوسبة السحابية، منها 5 سنوات على الأقل في منصب قيادي.
- خبرة قوية في AWS وAzure وGoogle Cloud والبيئات الهجينة.
- معرفة متقدمة بـ DevOps وKubernetes وDocker وInfrastructure as Code.
- فهم قوي لأمن السحابة وإدارة الهوية والامتثال.
- خبرة في إدارة المشاريع الكبرى والتحول الرقمي.
- يفضل الحصول على شهادات مثل AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional أو Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
