The Cloud Infrastructure Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role supports secure, reliable, and scalable cloud infrastructure operations.
Responsibilities
- Support cloud infrastructure design, implementation, maintenance, monitoring, configuration, and deployment.
- Manage backups and disaster recovery and support performance optimization.
- Track infrastructure costs and contribute to budgeting and forecasting with finance and operations teams.
- Document systems and processes, support incident resolution, and contribute to automation.
- Ensure cloud solutions align with business requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation, troubleshooting, and decision support.
- Foundational knowledge of compute, storage, networking, and cloud security concepts.
