Migrations and platform changes are delivered with clear plans, testing, rollback procedures, and minimal business disruption.
Recurring issues decrease as root causes and operational lessons are converted into sustainable platform improvements.
This role is based in Vancouver and supports teams, applications, and locations across Canadian time zones. Regular work is performed in an office and a remote cloud environment. Occasional travel and work outside normal business hours may be required during significant incidents, migrations, maintenance windows, system changes, or recovery activities.
