- Lead key client engagements, guide product and service development in mobile messaging, marketing, and payments
- Make decisions on resource allocation and financial performance
- Collaborate with cross functional teams, support business development initiatives, and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders
- Monitor market trends in the telecoms and mobile sectors to identify growth opportunities and maintain a competitive edge
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in business leadership, ownership, or senior management within technology, telecoms, or related sectors
- Strong understanding of mobile solutions, including mobile messaging, mobile marketing, and mobile payments, and their commercial applications
- Proven ability in strategic planning, budgeting, and decision making to drive sustainable business growth
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including client relationship building, negotiation, and partnership development
- Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams, foster collaboration, and support a culture of accountability and innovation
- Comfort with data driven decision making and familiarity with performance metrics and reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is an asset but not required
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Greek and experience working in Iráklion or the broader region is beneficial

Role Description
- The Owner role at Cytech Mobile is a full time, on site position based in Iráklion.
