About the Role
We are seeking an AWS Engineer to work on a contract basis, designing, deploying, and managing scalable cloud infrastructure to support AI training systems. You will use EC2, S3, RDS, Terraform, and scripting to ensure reliable and secure operations.

- Design, deploy, and manage AWS infrastructure using EC2, S3, RDS, and related services
- Implement and maintain secure identity, access management, and network configurations using IAM, VPC, and security best practices
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation)
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues using AWS CloudWatch and other monitoring tools
- Develop and maintain scripts in Bash and Python to streamline operational tasks and enhance system reliability
- Ensure robust security practices are implemented and adhered to across all AWS deployments
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands on experience designing and managing AWS infrastructure in a production environment
- Proficiency in AWS core services including EC2, S3, IAM, RDS, and VPC
- Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation
- Strong scripting skills in Bash and Python
- Familiarity with AWS CloudWatch for monitoring
- Understanding of network fundamentals, security best practices, and compliance requirements
- Ability to work independently in a remote capacity with strong communication and documentation skills
