- Optimize existing code to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability for large scale AI systems
- Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to analyze technical requirements and deliver comprehensive software solutions aligned with AI model development goals
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and inefficiencies through systematic debugging and testing
- Participate in code reviews to uphold high coding standards, best practices, and documentation protocols across the development lifecycle
- Stay current with advancements in C programming and related technologies to continuously enhance development methodologies
- Document development processes, code changes, and solutions with clarity and precision for team reference and future maintenance

- Proven experience in C programming with a strong understanding of memory management, data structures, and algorithm optimization
- Experience developing and maintaining high performance, reusable codebases in C for production or large scale systems
- Familiarity with debugging tools, profiling techniques, and version control systems such as Git to ensure code reliability and traceability
- Ability to collaborate effectively in cross functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders
