Clinical Supervisor- CCS

We are currently seeking a Clinical Supervisor to provide direct clinical, supervisory, and consultative services within our Adult Community Crisis Stabilization (A-CCS) program.

• Clinical Leadership Role – Provide direct clinical, supervisory, and consultative services to individuals served, families, staff, and providers
• Hands-On Clinical Work – Conduct intakes, comprehensive assessments, treatment, and aftercare planning using evidence-based tools

• Provide high-quality, community-based care and maintain A-CCS program capacity
• Develop comprehensive assessments, individualized action plans, and safety plans using evidence-based tools
• Determine and implement treatment and referral plans using the least restrictive alternative
• Facilitate psycho-educational and recovery groups, and triage daily workflow and referrals
• Consult with the Program Director and collateral providers on treatment planning
• Develop discharge plans and write discharge summaries
• Provide individual and group supervision to staff and interns
• Participate in hiring, training, and disciplinary actions per BHN guidelines
