Clinical Supervisor

Are you ready to take on a leadership role? The Village is accepting applications for a Clinical Supervisor at our Bismarck, ND location.

Job Duties Include:

Maintaining a clinical caseload.

Providing clinical and administrative supervision to licensed and clinical trainee mental health providers.

Experience with supervising clinicians across settings.

Be available for direct report's support and direction outside of scheduled meeting times

Join a team of supervisors that works collaboratively to facilitate quality care for our community with monthly group supervision and weekly individual supervision support.

Administrative supervision includes assessment of performance, achievement of job requirements, and professional functioning. This takes place in regularly scheduled meetings and annual reviews. Co-lead monthly administrative meetings.

Preferred Qualifications include:

A Master's degree in the human service field;

Licensed in the mental health field with an LICSW, LCSW, LMFT, LP, or LPCC;

Formal leadership experience would be a definite plus.
