The Clinical Site Manager will assist the Director of the Clinical Care Department with the overall management, personnel, and operational functions of the Department.
The Clinical Site Manager will administratively supervise other fulltime and part time registered nurses (RN) and medical assistants (MA).
The Clinical Site Manager will report to the Department Director and in partnership with operations, and the Clinic Administrator and Development manager to ensure the successful daily operations of PIHC’s outpatient HIV clinics and PrEP services.
The Clinical Site Manager will provide direct services to patients with the support of registered nurses, medical assistants, phlebotomists, heath educators and case managers.
The Clinical Site Manager administratively reports to the Department Director and is clinically supervised by the Medical Director.
All clinical staff provide care per Standard Operating Procedures and protocols set by the Medical Director.
