About the Role
GuideStar Eldercare seeks a Clinical Psychologist to provide neuro-behavioral health services to residents in long-term care facilities. You will conduct evaluations, cognitive assessments, and therapy for elderly patients with neurocognitive disorders.

Your New Role

- Partner with specialty clinicians for holistic continuity of care.
What You'll Do
- Provide evaluation and establish diagnosis (e.g., Alzheimer's vs. Parkinson's vs. Vascular).
- Provide cognitive assessments.
- Provide condition specific support therapy or insight based therapy.
- Coordinate patient care plan with facility, PCP, and GuideStar colleagues.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Active state Psychologist license.
- Passion for the geriatric population.
- Interest in neurobehavioral science.
- HSPP preferred in applicable states.
