- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments using standardized psychometric tools, clinical interviews, and behavioral observations.
- Formulate referral questions and select appropriate psychological assessment measures based on presenting concerns and clinical needs.
- Analyze assessment data to develop accurate clinical formulations, diagnoses, and treatment recommendations.
- Prepare clear, comprehensive, and evidence based psychological reports for multidisciplinary teams, patients, and relevant stakeholders.
- Develop individualized care plans and treatment recommendations based on assessment findings and clinical outcomes.
- Design and implement personalized, evidence based treatment plans utilizing therapeutic approaches such as CBT, ACT, DBT, and other appropriate psychotherapeutic modalities.
- Monitor patient progress through ongoing evaluation and modify treatment interventions to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
- Deliver culturally sensitive, ethical, and patient centered psychological care while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.
- Facilitate individual, group, family, and psychoeducational therapy sessions as clinically appropriate.
- Collaborate with fertility specialists, genetic counselors, and other healthcare professionals to provide compassionate psychological support.
- Participate actively in multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings, case conferences, and clinical discussions.
- Provide psychological consultation and professional guidance to physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, and other members of the healthcare team.

- Proficiency in therapeutic approaches such as CBT, ACT, DBT
- Experience in fertility (IVF) settings

- Monitor patient progress through ongoing evaluation and modify treatment interventions to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
- Deliver culturally sensitive, ethical, and patient centered psychological care while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.
- Facilitate individual, group, family, and psychoeducational therapy sessions as clinically appropriate.
- Collaborate with fertility specialists, genetic counselors, and other healthcare professionals to provide compassionate psychological support and ensure the empathetic communication of complex or sensitive information, particularly in fertility (IVF) settings.
