Role overview
A mental health and wellness clinic in Dubai is recruiting a licensed Clinical Psychologist.
The role is full-time and involves psychological assessments and therapy onsite in Dubai, UAE.
Qualifications
- Applicants must hold a Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Applicants must hold a valid and active DHA or CDA license as a clinical or counselling psychologist.
- Postdoctoral fellowship training specializing in a specific area is required.
- At least three years of clinical experience is required.
- Experience must include psychological assessment or testing and adult psychotherapy.
- Experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and personality disorders is required.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are required.
- Interpersonal skills and cultural competence are required for working with diverse backgrounds.
Role responsibilities
- Conduct psychological assessments and testing.
- Provide psychotherapy and evidence-based psychological treatment for adults.
- Interpret information appropriately and sensitively for people from diverse backgrounds.
