The Clinical Program Manager (Night Shift), Clinical Command Center is a Registered Professional Nurse, Physician Assistant, or Nurse Practitioner, who manages the 24 hour a day functions of health-system throughput, transfer center, quality, and delivery of care.
The Clinical Program Manager, Clinical Command Center participates in the coordination of global clinical programs for designated patient populations, collaborates with health system clinical teams to facilitate patient admissions, discharges, intra-hospital and inter-facility transfer processes.
Responsible for assuring compliance with mandated clinical interventions inclusive of core measures within all system hospitals and entities.
Oversees daily Mount Sinai Health System (MSHS) activities, which includes but is not limited to, policy and program development, staff training, patient assessments, patient throughput, managing patient emergencies and supporting patient-centered care.
