Role overview
The Clinical Data Analyst is a mid-level individual contributor supporting the Data Sciences department.
The role develops analytical solutions for clinical study reporting and analytics and generates departmental operational and performance metrics.
Reporting standards management
- Lead development of a standard library of reports, dashboards, visualizations, and other analysis solutions.
- Gather requirements, build and configure solutions, and lead validation activities before release.
- Maintain standard report templates, contribute to reporting governance, and support team training.
Study-specific reporting
- Deploy standard reporting solutions for individual studies.
- Create ad hoc reporting and analysis solutions based on study team requirements.
- Support validation, maintenance, and issue investigation for study-specific solutions.
Operational and performance analysis
- Identify requirements for operational and performance metrics with Data Sciences leaders.
- Design, build, and maintain metrics governance within Data Sciences.
