We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Clinical Administrator to support the delivery of a psychology service.
This role is central to the smooth day-to-day running of the service and involves coordinating patient bookings, supporting clinicians, and maintaining a high standard of administrative, operational processes and patient service.
Key Responsibilities Include
· Providing administrative and coordination support to the psychology service
· Managing patient bookings, scheduling, and appointment systems
· Supporting the management of waiting lists and allocation of appointments
· Ensuring timely and appropriate communication with patients
· Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
· Supporting the consistent implementation of clinic policies and procedures
· Liaising with clinicians and other team members to ensure smooth service delivery
· Quality oversight of a team of receptionists
· Monitoring and following up on appointments where required
· Supporting general administrative duties across the service
· Dealing with any complaints if they arise
Person specification:
· Valid residency in the State of Qatar
· Fluent / native English speaker
· Strong organisational and time management skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
· Ability to manage a team
· High level of attention to detail
· Professional, reliable, and able to work independently
· Confident with Excel and software systems
· Working hours in the afternoons, the time of highest volume
· Previous experience in an administrative, leadership or coordination role
· Experience within a healthcare or service-based environment
· An interest in psychology, mental health, or healthcare services
