About the Role
ROOTT Implants seeks a Clinical Account Manager to act as a clinical partner to dentists in French African countries. The role focuses on clinical education, mentorship, technical support, and practice growth, not traditional sales.

Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly implant volume and revenue targets within assigned territory
- Manage and grow a portfolio of up to 80 doctors/accounts
- Provide chairside support and assisted surgeries for new implant users
- Guide doctors through treatment planning, implant selection, surgical protocols, and prosthetic workflows
- Support digital workflows including CBCT/STL alignment and implant planning
- Troubleshoot surgical and prosthetic complications
- Mentor clinicians from beginner to advanced implant users
- Organize and moderate study clubs, workshops, and peer learning events
- Drive the 'My First Implant' initiative for young dentists
- Build partnerships with universities, DSOs, and dental institutions
- Identify and develop Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
- Capture clinical cases through photos, X rays, and videos for marketing support
Requirements
- Dentist, Dental Technician, Implantologist, Prosthodontist, or Implant Specialist background
- Strong understanding of implant dentistry and surgical workflows
- Experience with digital dentistry workflows and implant planning software
- Knowledge of CBCT/STL alignment and guided surgery concepts
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to mentor and educate clinicians
- Willingness to travel extensively to French speaking African countries
- Proficiency in both French and English
- 2 6 years of experience
- Sales in dental products is an added advantage
- CRM experience preferred (Odoo or similar)

The Role

- Focus on clinical education, mentorship, technical support, and practice growth.
- Not a traditional sales role.
Revenue & Account Management
- Achieve monthly implant volume and revenue targets within assigned territory.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of up to 80 doctors/accounts.
- Identify high potential clinics and grow existing business opportunities.
- Replace underperforming accounts with new active customers.
- Onboard a minimum of 2 new customers per month.
- Ensure timely collections and receivables follow up.
Clinical Support & Surgical Mentorship
- Provide chairside support and assisted surgeries for new implant users.
- Guide doctors through treatment planning, implant selection, surgical protocols, and prosthetic workflows.
- Support digital workflows including CBCT/STL alignment and implant planning.
- Troubleshoot surgical and prosthetic complications.
- Mentor clinicians from beginner to advanced implant users.
- Ensure proper implant protocols, torque guidelines, and immediate loading procedures are followed.
Educational Leadership & Network Development
- Organize and moderate study clubs, workshops, and peer learning events.
- Drive the 'My First Implant' initiative for young dentists and early adopters.
- Build partnerships with universities, DSOs, and dental institutions.
- Identify and develop Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Support webinars, lectures, and clinical education activities.
Clinical Documentation & Marketing Support
- Capture clinical cases through photos, X rays, and videos.
- Develop case studies and clinical success stories.
- Collaborate with clinicians on Instagram and LinkedIn content.
- Support regional marketing activities through clinical storytelling.
Requirements
- Dentist, Dental Technician, Implantologist, Prosthodontist, or Implant Specialist background.
- Strong understanding of implant dentistry and surgical workflows.
- Sales in dental products is an added advantage.
- Experience with digital dentistry workflows and implant planning software.
