Legacy Health is looking for a Clinic Supervisor to coordinate daily operations and lead support staff in Vancouver, WA. The role involves implementing clinic initiatives, supervising staff, and facilitating communication among physicians and departments.

Responsibilities
- Accountable for implementing and supporting clinic initiatives that fulfill strategic goals
- Responsible for direct supervision of all support staff and coordination of day to day operations of assigned areas
- Provides coverage for manager in his or her absence
- Responsible for facilitating communication and collaborating with staff, physicians and other providers, other Legacy departments, management, and customers in problem solving and project management
Requirements
- Associates Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of three years progressively more responsible health care experience
- Experience in electronic scheduling and EMR required
- Lead worker or supervisory experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to supervise people in setting goals, giving appropriate support, evaluating and holding employees accountable
- Demonstrated communication, leadership and team building skills
- Intermediate to advanced PC based computer skills

- Dependent upon assigned Clinic, Certified Medical Assisting background may be strongly preferred

- Ability to work with credibility and effectiveness with staff, administration and across departments

- Intermediate to advanced PC based computer skills
- Keyboard skills and ability to navigate electronic systems
Pay Range
- USD $32.96 USD $47.12 /Hr.
