Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and families warmly and professionally
- Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, cancellations, and rescheduling
- Coordinate patient registration and maintain accurate patient records
- Support billing, invoices, receipts, and payment follow up
- Help patients with basic administrative questions, including pay and claim documentation
- Coordinate with clinicians regarding schedules, room use, and patient flow
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
- Support general clinic administration and communication through phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a clinic or healthcare facility in Dubai is required
- Strong communication skills in English
- Experience with clinic management systems or EMR software is preferred
- Comfortable handling patients, parents, and clinicians in a calm and professional manner
- Organized, punctual, detail oriented, and able to multitask
- Prior experience in a psychology, therapy, pediatric, dental, dermatology, or polyclinic setting is a strong advantage
