About the Role
Neuropedia is seeking a medical receptionist and patient coordinator with a medical background to support patient care and daily clinic operations.
The role provides front-desk support for children, parents, doctors, and clinical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome children and parents at the front desk in a friendly and comfortable manner.
- Manage patient appointments and doctor schedules across different specialties.
- Handle walk-in, phone, email, and WhatsApp inquiries and assist families with medical questions.
- Process patient registrations, consent forms, insurance approvals, and front-desk payments.
- Coordinate with clinical and insurance teams on patient visits, follow-ups, and paperwork.
- Maintain patient files, appointment records, and daily correspondence.
- Send appointment reminders, schedule updates, and follow-up notices to families.
- Work calmly and efficiently during busy clinic hours and when supporting concerned parents.
Candidate Requirements
- Educational background or a degree in healthcare, medicine, nursing, or allied health is required.
- Two to three years of healthcare front-desk, clinic receptionist, or patient care experience is required.
- Good technical skills with clinic software, electronic medical records, Microsoft Office, and messaging tools are required.
- Strong written and spoken English skills are required; Arabic is an advantage.
- A valid UAE driver's license is preferred for occasional travel between locations.
- Attention to detail, clear phone etiquette, and a calm, caring attitude with families are required.
Work Location
- The role is performed in person at the clinic.
