We are Hiring: Clinic Operations Manager
We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Clinic Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth clinic performance:
Minimum 5 years of experience in clinic management (aesthetic/medical clinics in the UAE)
Must have existing client base (loyal clients preferred)
Strong experience in clinic operations, team management, and workflow coordination
Experience in sales monitoring and revenue growth strategies
Strong focus on patient/client experience and satisfaction
Ability to handle complaints and resolve issues professionally
Knowledge of inventory management and clinic supplies control
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Experience in reporting and daily/weekly performance tracking
Familiar with UAE clinic environment is a plus
Commission-based role
