Operational Management and Planning
- Manage a range of clinical services and deliver service objectives and performance indicators.
- Establish systems to monitor and evaluate performance against service objectives.
- Ensure systems are in place to monitor compliance with CQC standards.
- Prepare and annually update service development plans.
- Monitor current affairs and identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Develop effective communication within services and with relevant external agencies.
- Support team effectiveness through reflection, improvement suggestions, and service expansion initiatives.
- Maintain day-to-day operational knowledge of IT systems and databases used in services, particularly PCMIS.
- Provide on-call support to teams as required by the organization.
Professional Leadership
- Inform the strategic direction of service delivery in line with local commissioning intentions.
- Provide line management for designated services, including recruitment, appraisal, disciplinary, and grievance processes.
- Lead and motivate teams to maintain professionalism, efficiency, effectiveness, innovation, and high standards of patient care.
- Establish systems for coaching, mentoring, resource planning, standard setting, performance management, and development.
Experience and Language
- At least one year of clinic experience is required.
- Arabic language ability is required.

- CQC compliance monitoring and operational use of IT systems and databases.
- PCMIS knowledge, line management, recruitment, appraisal, and performance management.
- Coaching, mentoring, resource planning, and team development.
