Responsibilities
- Oversee, monitor, and evaluate daily operations of the clinic to ensure a productive and efficient work environment
- Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate clinical and administrative staff
- Manage and analyze accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Handle inquiries, research problems, provide solutions, and incorporate quality improvement data into clinic goals
- Implement guidelines and enforce clinic policies and procedures, ensuring HIPAA compliance
- Order and monitor inventories for staff and medical supplies
- Develop and manage departmental budget ensuring cost effective operations
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory bodies and participate in audits and inspections
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or 4+ years of direct experience in lieu of degree
- 2 4 years of experience in closely related field with Bachelor's degree
- 2 4 years of previous leadership experience preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency with Google and Microsoft platforms, healthcare software systems, and data analysis tools

Essential Functions
- Oversees, monitors, and evaluates daily operations of the clinic
- Hires, trains, supervises, and evaluates clinical and administrative staff
- Manages and analyzes accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Handles inquiries, researches problems, provides solutions
- Implements guidelines and enforces clinic policies and procedures, ensures HIPAA compliance
- Orders and monitors inventories for staff and medical supplies
- Responsible for patient care, physician billing, credentialing, and other operational activities
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field required or 4+ years of direct experience in lieu of degree
- Master's Degree preferred
- 2 4 years of experience in closely related field with Bachelor's degree required
- 2 4 years of previous leadership experience preferred
