Clinic Manager role in an aesthetic, beauty, or wellness clinic.
The manager leads daily operations, staff performance, customer service, sales, and business growth.
Workplace and Language
- The work location is in person in the UAE.
- Hindi-speaking ability is described inconsistently as preferred and required.
- English communication skills are required.
Clinic Operations
- Manage daily clinic operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
- Supervise doctors, nurses, therapists, receptionists, and other clinic staff.
- Coordinate schedules and maintain adequate clinic coverage.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and clinic presentation standards.
- Monitor inventory, supplies, equipment, and clinic requirements.
Customers and Sales
- Handle consultations, enquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.
- Monitor sales, revenue, targets, and overall business performance.
- Develop strategies to achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Promote treatments, packages, memberships, and clinic services.
- Build client relationships and encourage repeat visits and referrals.
Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and UAE regulatory requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and sales reports.
- Coordinate with marketing to support promotions and lead conversion.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a Clinic Manager or Branch Manager in a relevant clinic setting.
- Strong experience in clinic operations, sales, and team management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer-service, and problem-solving skills.
- UAE experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and clinic services is an advantage.
