Role Overview
Clinic Manager responsible for overall performance and operations across two aesthetic clinic branches in Dubai.
The business also includes home care and wellness services, with further expansion under discussion.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure smooth, efficient workflow.
- Conduct consultations for aesthetic, derma, laser, slimming, and wellness treatments.
- Drive revenue through upselling, cross-selling, client retention, and treatment conversion.
- Set and monitor targets for bookings, consultations, revenue, treatment utilization, and retention.
- Prepare and analyze clinic performance, revenue, bookings, and KPI reports.
- Lead and motivate receptionists, nurses, aestheticians, and therapists.
- Conduct team meetings, monitor performance, and support staff training and development.
- Maintain client satisfaction, patient care, hygiene, and professional service standards.
- Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, licensing requirements, healthcare standards, and clinic policies.
- Improve productivity, service quality, operational efficiency, and clinic profitability.
- Work with senior management on marketing, business development, and expansion plans.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in aesthetic, dermatology, wellness, healthcare, or a similar clinic management role is sought.
- Two years of Assistant Clinic Manager experience is preferred.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Employment and Compensation
- Full-time, permanent position.
- Pay ranges from AED 10,000 to AED 12,000 per month.
