Role Overview
SmileVerse is seeking an experienced and highly organized Clinic Coordinator.
The coordinator will oversee daily operations and support seamless patient and clinical workflows at an AI-powered digital dental clinic.
Location and Work Arrangement
- The role is based at Aldar HQ in Abu Dhabi.
- The position is full-time and on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate appointments, patient flow, and doctors' schedules.
- Support communication between dentists, assistants, reception, laboratory staff, and management.
- Track treatments, follow-ups, and laboratory cases.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
- Monitor inventory and prepare treatment rooms.
- Assist with operational reports and clinic performance.
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies, infection-control protocols, and DOH standards.
- Maintain premium service and professionalism standards.
Requirements
- Experience in a dental clinic or healthcare facility is preferred.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
