Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center, clinic, or customer service role
- Fluent in English, Arabic and French (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Polite, confident, and professional phone etiquette
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with CRM or clinic management systems is an advantage
