What You Can Expect
The Clinical Sales Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the success of the sales region by providing clinical, technical, and logistical support across Zimmer Biomet’s Recon & Digital Technology Solutions portfolio.
The role focuses on ensuring smooth surgical experience for surgeons, scrub staff, and hospital stakeholders by delivering product training, supporting procedures in the OR, managing case planning and consignment stock, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
How You'Ll Create Impact
- Provide technical advice and real-time support in the OR.
- Support sales growth through lead generation within key accounts.
- Manage procedure planning, logistics, and consignment stock.
- Support product demonstrations, education, and clinical initiatives.
- Build strong product knowledge, including competitive products.
- Report monthly activities, performance, and market insights to the Regional Sales Manager.

- Willingness to learn, travel, and support the region when needed.
