Produce architecture artefacts, solution designs, and implementation plans to support the client's governance process.

Contribute to the development of technology roadmaps.
Lead technical workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder engagements.
Create High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), and other technical artefacts as required.

Baseline clearance is required for this role. NV1 preferred.
Extensive experience within the Managed Service Provider (MSP) space, delivering and assuring services for large, complex enterprise clients.
Minimum 10+ years' experience in IT infrastructure or digital workplace roles, including 5+ years operating as a solution or technical architect.
Demonstrated experience delivering large, complex technology programs in a client-facing or consulting capacity.
Working knowledge of project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and PMO governance processes.
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
