About the Role
Sweetwater is seeking a Client Systems Support Technician to maintain, repair, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, IP phones, and iOS/mobile devices. The role requires strong customer service skills, self-motivation, and basic networking knowledge.

- Provide hardware and software support for MacOS and iOS devices
- Maintain and troubleshoot a variety of technology such as printers, cameras, Raspberry Pi’s, Chrome boxes, etc.
- Identify and troubleshoot basic networking and telephony issues
Requirements
- Great customer facing communications skills; in person, on the phone and via email
- Self motivated with a strong sense of ownership, urgency and drive
- Strong personal computer troubleshooting and problem resolution skills
- Passionate about electronics and consumer products
- Basic understanding of IP networking and network troubleshooting skills
- Microsoft Windows Competency and experience with Active Directory (preferred)

Job Requirements
- Sweetwater, the nation’s #1 online retailer of pro audio equipment and music instruments, is seeking to hire a Client Systems Support Technician to add to our growing Client Operations team.
- You will be responsible for accomplishing a variety of IT related tasks throughout the diverse Sweetwater enterprise.
- This work includes maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, IP phones and a variety of iOS/mobile devices.
- This is fast paced position that requires a candidate with amazing customer service skills and the ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide hardware and software support for MacOS and iOS devices
- Maintain and troubleshoot a variety of technology such as printers, cameras, Raspberry Pi’s, Chrome boxes, etc.
- Identify and troubleshoot basic networking and telephony issues
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
Qualifications
