Role Description
- The Client Support Specialist is a part time, remote role responsible for providing exceptional support to guests, franchisees, and internal stakeholders.
- Day to day tasks include responding to inquiries via email, phone, and online platforms, resolving service issues, and ensuring a consistent, positive customer experience aligned with Fën Hoteles standards.

- Maintain reliable availability during scheduled hours and proactive communication with team members and supervisors.
