Responsibilities
- Configure client accounts and workflows based on requirements and industry needs
- Ensure timely, accurate responses to client queries and requests
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records in Salesforce
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Product) to address client needs
- Deliver standardized training sessions on platform modules
- Support Client Success Relationship Managers with onboarding activities and ad hoc deliverables
- Escalate systemic problems, account risks, or major client dissatisfaction
Requirements
- 1 2 years of experience in SaaS client support, customer success, or related role
- Post secondary education in Business, Communications, or related field preferred
- Strong technical aptitude with ability to quickly master Agility’s platform
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and priorities

- Entry point into Client Success team with progression to Relationship Manager role.
What you’ll do Configure & Support
- Configure client accounts and workflows.
- Ensure timely, accurate responses to client queries.
- Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with internal teams.
Assist with Training & Enablement
- Deliver standardized training sessions on platform modules.
- Provide clear, solution focused guidance during onboarding.
- Support Client Success Relationship Managers with onboarding activities.
Collaborate for Success
- Assist in maintaining strong client relationships.
- Escalate systemic problems or major client dissatisfaction.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by communicating client feedback.
What You'll Bring
- 1 2 years in SaaS client support, customer success, or related role.
- Post secondary education in Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Strong technical aptitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized.
- Knowledge of PR, media monitoring, or SaaS platforms is an asset.

Total Compensation
- Expected range: $45,000 – $55,000 CAD annually.
