As a Client Success Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients have a positive experience with our services.

You will be the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.

• Act as the primary contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns
• Provide timely and accurate information about insurance products and services
• Assist clients with policy changes and updates
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and feedback
• Identify opportunities for upselling additional services to clients
• Contribute to team meetings and share client insights

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
