Overview
Support the Client Solutions EMEA team in executing the business development strategy for iCapital, covering Wealth Managers in the GCC region.
Develop and manage a robust and sustainable pipeline of prospective Wealth Manager clients.
Execute Wealth Manager onboarding process from start to finish, working closely with related teams.
Nurture strong relationships with clients and prospects.
Educate clients on Private Markets/Alternatives and articulate iCapital s solutions and capabilities to clients and partners.
Provide constant feedback from the field on competitive landscape, investors appetite, trends and share with colleagues globally.
Build strong internal relationships within iCapital and work closely with other teams (Research & Fund Management, Product Development, Implementation Specialist group, Client Success, Marketing, Legal & Compliance, Technology & Operations, etc.) to achieve the best client outcomes and successful long-term client relationships.
Serve as the relationship manager and deliver an exceptional client experience for our Wealth Manager clients (i.e. banks, wealth managers, multi-family office and independent financial advisors).
