About the role
The Client Solutions Manager, Gaming is an expert in TikTok performance and branding advertising solutions for key gaming clients.
The role proposes full-funnel advertising solutions, manages campaign operation and optimization, and supports adoption of new products and features.
Client Solutions teams manage advertiser relationships, provide insights, and help drive long-term partnerships and growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow mobile gaming advertiser relationships.
- Develop and optimize advertising strategies across TikTok product solutions.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven client insights.
- Support auction platform adoption with technical support and real-time analysis.
- Conduct business reviews and collaborate with internal teams on client growth.
- Troubleshoot campaign issues with product and engineering teams and provide market feedback.
- Provide creative insights and strategy support to gaming clients.
- Coordinate with measurement, policy, ad operations, and organic teams for campaign success.
- Maintain campaign plans, schedules, pending items, and ad inventory records.
