Campaign Administration

• Maintain accurate records of pending campaigns and campaign plans.
• Maintain campaign schedules and ad inventory availability.
• Ensure ad specifications and rates are accurate.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 3 years of performance-based campaign management experience across marketing, agency, platform, or media environments.
• Deep understanding of user acquisition and performance marketing, with interest in social media and gaming.
• Strong project management, organizational, analytical, account management, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with campaign optimization, tracking, attribution, and measurement using major MMPs such as AppsFlyer and Adjust.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to diagnose and solve technical issues.
• Strong understanding of measurement frameworks, attribution challenges, and performance troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting gaming clients or advertisers.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a client-facing commercial role.
