Client Servicing Executive

Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Prior internship or work experience in client servicing, account management, or customer success is an added advantage

Experience : 1-3yrs of experience in Client service (Exposure to fintech, financial services, or startup environments is an added advantage)

Location: JP Nagar, Bangalore

Basic working knowledge of the Income Tax Act, GST Act, Companies Act, and other applicable compliance frameworks

Familiarity with how tax, compliance, and virtual CFO services are delivered

Strong communication and relationship management skills

Comfort with CRM tools and trackers

ü Familiarity with CRM or client-tracking tools is a plus

ü Willingness to learn about RBI regulations, payment/fintech compliance, and financial reporting on the job

ü Excellent written and verbal communication skills

ü Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage directly with clients

ü Basic understanding of finance, taxation, or compliance concepts is preferred, though not mandatory

ü Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and email communication

ü Genuine interest in the fintech and financial services industry

ü Strong ownership mindset with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple clients simultaneously

ü Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment
