Role Overview
The Client Servicing Associate works with internal media buyers, designers, copywriters, and strategists and with external founders, CXOs, and marketing heads.
The role supports performance marketing service delivery and improves campaign creation and deployment efficiency.
The Role
- Develop and deliver value propositions and supporting tools to stakeholders within assigned accounts.
- Drive client satisfaction, contract renewal, account health, and account growth.
- Project-manage daily operational and tactical account management activities.
- Track account sales, spending, return on investment, and current developments.
- Coordinate with media buyers and strategists to maintain up-to-date account information.
- Serve as a client resource for product and process knowledge.
- Manage escalations and liaise with the support organization.
- Answer and resolve client queries and follow up on call questions.
- Prepare minutes for meetings and calls between clients and teams.
- Build trusted advisor relationships aligned with client business strategies.
- Drive customer engagement, service adoption, satisfaction, renewals, and low churn.
- Expand account revenue through cross-selling and upselling.
