We’re Growing & Expanding – Now Hiring: Client Service Manager at FinMark Capital !

As part of our continued growth and expansion, FinMark Capital Limited is looking for a skilled and motivated Client Service Manager to join our dynamic Wealth Management Team.

We’re scaling up to serve our growing client base, and this role is key to delivering the high standards of service and operational excellence that define FCL.

If you have a strong background in wealth management or retail banking, a passion for client success, and the ability to manage complex operations—we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end client servicing for wealth clients, including booking, reporting, and portfolio support
  • Work closely with Relationship Managers to facilitate client onboarding, KYC, and credit applications
  • Ensure timely execution of investment instructions and handle client queries promptly
  • Maintain documentation and compliance standards for internal controls and audits
  • Support regulatory filings and internal reporting with Compliance and Finance teams.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Client Services
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess and resolve client issues effectively
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
  • Demonstrated experience in managing client relationships within a financial services domain
  • Proficiency in delivering high-quality client interactions with a focus on building long-term relationships
  • Familiarity with wealth management or financial products is highly beneficial
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
