Role Overview
The Client Services Manager will manage day-to-day servicing and administration for existing clients and investors.
The role is a central coordination point between client-facing teams and investment, operations, compliance, and finance functions.
The position supports managed investment funds and OCIO client mandates.
Client and Investor Servicing
- Coordinate onboarding, agreements, and documentation.
- Coordinate subscriptions, redemptions, capital calls, and distributions.
- Manage client, portfolio, and investor reporting.
- Handle client communications and ongoing administration.
- Maintain ownership and follow-through across the client servicing lifecycle.
Coordination and Controls
- Track outstanding client matters, deadlines, and status.
- Ensure requests are complete and appropriately approved before execution.
- Identify exceptions or delays and drive matters through to resolution.
- Coordinate with the appropriate internal or external party to complete client activities.
