Role overview
Specialist client services role within a DFSA-regulated investment management and advisory firm in the DIFC.
Responsible for servicing existing clients and investors across managed investment funds and OCIO mandates.
Acts as a central coordination point between clients and Investment, Operations, Compliance, and Finance teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage client and investor servicing, enquiries, and requests.
- Coordinate onboarding, KYC/AML, client documentation, subscriptions, redemptions, capital calls, and distributions.
- Coordinate NAV statements, capital account statements, fund reports, and investor communications.
- Support OCIO clients with portfolio reporting, investment meetings, and administration.
- Work with fund administrators, custodians, banks, and other external service providers.
- Track deadlines and deliverables, escalate exceptions, and follow matters through to resolution.
- Support client servicing processes, controls, and reporting improvements.
Experience required
- At least 7 years of relevant asset management or investment management experience.
- Strong client services, investor services, or client operations experience.
