The Client Services Associate is responsible for maintaining a high level of quality service to UCF clients by providing courteous, timely and accurate responses to requests for account information, transactions and other needs.

• Respond, along with Client Services Team members, to all client calls and emails, and either provide requested information or direct inquiries to the appropriate person.
• Coordinate the administration of accounts, including: Processing distributions to, deposits into and withdrawals from client accounts Preparing daily transaction reports Maintaining allocation models Assisting in preparation and review of month-end and quarter-end payments.
