About the Role
Whites is seeking a Client Service Representative in Dubai to manage client interactions, orders, sales transactions, and property maintenance. The role requires excellent client service skills, preferably from BPO, retail, or hospitality backgrounds.

- Ensure superb client service quality

- Participate actively in client retention program
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience (fresh graduates considered if meeting other criteria)
- Excellent client service skills preferably from BPO, high end retail, or 5 star hospitality
- Advanced proficiency in English verbal and written communication with refined accent
- Capability to deal with high profile clients with poise and professionalism
- Proficient in handling complaints, feedback, organized, detail oriented, effective problem solver
