Job Description

  • Client interfacing role (not back office).
  • Ensuring superb client service quality.
  • Manage operations of business unit including orders, sales transactions, client affairs, financial matters, administrative tasks, and property maintenance.
  • Collaborate with diverse departments and business units to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively via face to face, calls, chat, and email.
  • Active participation in client retention program.

Job Specification

  • 2+ years of relevant experience (fresh graduates considered if meeting other criteria).
  • Excellent client service skills preferably from BPO, high end retail, or 5 star hospitality.
  • Advanced proficiency in English verbal and written communication with refined accent.
  • Capability to deal with high profile clients with poise and professionalism.
  • Proficient in handling complaints, feedback, organized, detail oriented, effective problem solver.
  • Smart and professional appearance with confident personality.
  • Positive attitude with high energy level.
  • Capable and adaptable with technology.
  • Good physical and health condition.
