Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Understand client requirements and prepare detailed project briefs
- Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and installation teams
- Prepare quotations, proposals, project timelines, and work orders
- Follow up on approvals, artwork, shop drawings, and production schedules
- Monitor project progress and keep clients updated
- Manage multiple signage and branding projects simultaneously
- Attend client meetings and site visits when required
- Resolve client concerns promptly and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors
- Support accounts team in payment follow ups and invoice coordination
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and additional services
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 4 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in signage, branding, advertising, fit out, or exhibition industry
- Strong understanding of signage materials, fabrication processes, and installation procedures
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- UAE driving license is an added advantage

Job Summary
